DDSP was built to navigate that shift. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Singapore, we originate, finance, develop and deliver hyperscale data centres and associated decarbonized energy assets across Asia Pacific, end to end, from site to operations.
We work exclusively under a pre-contracted model, securing long-term offtake agreements with Tier-1 cloud service providers before committing capital to construction. Every project ingredient (land, power, fibre, permitting, operator, offtake) is locked down before a shovel enters the ground.

Develop
We originate sites across APAC, secure grid connections, land rights, fibre access and planning approvals, and anchor each project with a long-term offtake agreement from a Tier-1 cloud service provider — all before committing to construction. Build
We deliver under a fully-wrapped EPC model in partnership with leading Tier-1 contractors and operators, maintaining an on-the-ground project delivery team at every site. DDSP manages the full construction lifecycle from design integration to commissioning and handover. Fixed-price EPC, Tier-1 operator partners, DDSP on-site delivery team.
Decarbonize
Decarbonized energy is not an afterthought at DDSP. It is an integrated design principle. Alongside every campus, we develop the energy infrastructure needed to provide customers with a clear, credible path to net zero: solar, battery storage, green PPAs and emerging carbon solutions. Solar, BESS, green PPAs, on-site generation, from from day one.

Site Analysis

Project Development
